CIS & data errors are very common on SmartMedia cards and these errors may cause your camera to reject your SmartMedia card. You can now get your SmartMedia cards repaired at a much lower cost than buying new cards, which are increasingly more expensive and hard to obtain.

Please Note: We do not recover any data, images or other files on your card and all cards will be wiped clean when the repair takes place.

We can repair your SmartMedia cards providing they are not physically broken. When repaired the card will also allow Olympus camera owners having the Panorama feature on their camera to use that feature. Cards will be individually tested before shipping back.

How to use the service:
Pay the appropriate fee (£6.80 + Postage per card) by clicking the button below, then post your SmartMedia cards to the address on our contact page. Any Smartmedia cards which cannot be repaired will be returned and the repair fee will be refunded.

Caution:
SmartMedia cards are fragile, especially the non-monolithic type. Make sure that you use sufficient protective packaging when shipping your cards, 'cracked' or damaged cards cannot be repaired.
